Description: This is the number of seconds that have elapsed since the loopback test was started.
What is cmLoopTimeElapsed?
cmLoopTimeElapsed is a read-only TimeTicks value reporting how many seconds have elapsed since a currently running loopback test was started. An administrator checks this against the configured cmLoopDuration to gauge how much longer an in-progress test will run. For example, if cmLoopTimeElapsed is already close to the configured cmLoopDuration, the operator knows the test will conclude shortly without needing to poll cmLoopStatus as frequently.
