What is cmLoopHistTxCount?
cmLoopHistTxCount is a read-only integer recording how many test packets were transmitted during a completed, archived loopback test. An administrator uses this alongside cmLoopHistRxErrors to recompute the historical error rate for that past test when reviewing line-quality trends over time. For example, comparing cmLoopHistTxCount and cmLoopHistRxErrors from tests run weeks apart on the same line lets the operator see whether line quality has been degrading.
