What is cmIDSLModemActivationInterval?

This read-write INTEGER sets the re-training frequency in seconds, i.e. how long the line card waits after an unsuccessful training attempt before retrying, defaulting to 5 seconds (with a set of 0 translated back to 5). An admin tunes this if a line is struggling to train, to control how aggressively the system keeps retrying. For example, shortening this interval on a marginal line makes the system retry training faster, which can help it catch a brief window when the line happens to be clean enough to train successfully.
