What is cmHSSIDCEReady?
cmHSSIDCEReady is a read-only enumeration reflecting the input signal indicating whether the DCE side of a HSSI connection is ready to transmit data. An administrator checks this when a HSSI link is down, to see whether the connected equipment on the DCE side is reporting itself as ready. For example, if cmHSSIDCEReady stays at not-ready(1), the operator would suspect a problem with the connected carrier or CSU/DSU equipment rather than this system's own port.
