cmHSSIClockRate
Module: COPPER-MOUNTAIN-NETWORKS-DSL-MIB
OID (symbolic): COPPER-MOUNTAIN-NETWORKS-DSL-MIB::cmHSSIClockRate
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1996.20.7.1.1.11
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: The clock rate of port in bits per second (bps). The value of this object is supplied to this port by the connected equipment. The value of this object can only be altered when the frDlciLinkEnable is set to 'disabled'. The new value will not take effect until the value of the frDlciLinkEnable is set to 'enabled'.
Example: 1544000
What is cmHSSIClockRate?
cmHSSIClockRate is a read-write integer setting the clock rate in bits per second that the HSSI port expects from the connected equipment, such as 1544000 for a T1-equivalent rate, and per the description it can only be changed while the port's frame-relay DLCI link is disabled. An administrator configures this to match the actual line speed of the circuit connected to the HSSI port before re-enabling the link. For example, to reconfigure a HSSI circuit from 1544000 bps to a different rate, the operator would first disable frDlciLinkEnable, set the new cmHSSIClockRate value, then re-enable the link for the change to take effect.
