What is cmFrDlcmiAdminState?

A read-write enumerated value, set by the operator, specifying whether this frame relay interface is to be activated. This is the administrative on/off switch an admin uses to intentionally take a frame relay link out of service for maintenance, independent of whatever physical or protocol-level state it's actually in. Before physically disconnecting a frame relay circuit for maintenance, the admin would set cmFrDlcmiAdminState to disable first to avoid generating spurious down alarms.
