Description: Indicates that the system fan failure has been cleared. If this trap has a severity of 'information,' it can potentially clear an alarm in the system. When such a trap is received by the manager, the operator can query the cmTrapCriticalCount, cmTrapMajorAlarmCount, and cmTrapMinorAlarmCount objects to get the current system alarm status.
