This read-only PerfTotalCount reports the count of frames truncated because the DSL receiver overran and had to cut a frame short, scoped to the most recent rolling 24-hour period ending at the moment of the poll. Operationally, truncated frames are lost data, and a rising count suggests the receiver is being overwhelmed faster than it can process incoming bits. For example, using the rolling 24-hour truncated-frame total lets an admin generate a consistent day-over-day comparison no matter what time the report is run.
