This read-only PerfTotalCount reports the count of receive frames discarded because they exceeded the maximum allowed size, scoped to the most recent rolling 24-hour period ending at the moment of the poll. Operationally, oversized frames being dropped can point to a misbehaving device upstream sending non-conforming frames onto the DSL link. For example, the rolling 24-hour oversized-frame total gives an admin a stable one-day snapshot for a scheduled health report, regardless of the time it's generated.
