What is cmCpeIDSLModemState?
This read-only enumerated INTEGER (none, active, activating, activated) reports the CPE's own view of its internal IDSL training state. An admin compares this to the head end's cmIDSLModemState for the same circuit to see whether both ends agree on the line's current status. For example, if the head end reports activatedCpeDetected but the CPE itself still shows activating, that disagreement suggests a problem reading or reporting status on the CPE rather than an actual line fault.
