What is cmCpeDataPortType?
This read-only enumerated INTEGER (eia-530, v35, unknown) reports the physical data port type, such as EIA-530 or V.35. An admin checks this before connecting external DTE equipment, since the cabling and electrical interface differ between EIA-530 and V.35. For example, an admin who discovers a port reports v35 when the customer's equipment expects EIA-530 immediately knows why the customer's cable won't seat or work correctly.
