What is cmCpeDataPortTotalRxOctets?
This read-only Counter reports the total number of octets (bytes) received on the data port since the system was last restarted. Operationally, it gives an admin a long-run baseline of inbound data volume, useful for judging overall usage trends since the last reboot. For example, an admin comparing this lifetime received-octet total against the system's known uptime can estimate an average inbound data rate for the port over its whole run.
