This read-only enumerated INTEGER (noLoop, localLoop) reports the port's actual current loopback status. An admin checks this to confirm a loopback set via cmCpeDataPortLoopbackConfig actually took effect, or to catch a loopback that's still active when it shouldn't be. For example, if this object reports localLoop even after the admin tried to clear the loopback, that mismatch signals the port failed to return to normal operation and customer traffic is still being blocked.
