What is cmCpeDataPortDCD?
This read-only enumerated INTEGER (off, on) reports the current state of the DCD signal on the data port. An admin checks this to see whether the port is currently indicating a valid carrier/data-link to the attached equipment. For example, DCD reading off would typically explain why the customer's terminal equipment considers the link down even if other DSL-side statistics look fine.
