What is cmCpeDataPortCTS?
This read-only enumerated INTEGER (off, on) reports the current state of the CTS signal on the data port. An admin checks this to verify the CPE is granting clear-to-send permission to the attached DTE equipment for hardware flow control. For example, CTS staying off would explain why a customer's device that respects hardware flow control never actually transmits any data.
