This read-only Counter reports the count of frames the CPE successfully transmitted during the hour, tracked hourly on the CPE side of the DSL link. Operationally, it's the CPE-side transmit confirmation, useful for checking whether the customer's equipment is actually sending data upstream as expected. For example, an admin comparing this CPE-side transmitted-frame count to the head end's received-frame count for the same hour can spot a mismatch indicating frame loss somewhere on the loop.
