This read-only Counter reports the count of frames truncated due to receiver overruns on the CPE's DSL interface during the hour, tracked hourly on the CPE side of the DSL link. Operationally, truncation on the CPE side indicates the customer's equipment is dropping data faster than a network-side count alone would reveal. For example, an admin comparing this CPE-side truncation count against the head-end's interval counters for the same hour can tell which end of the link is actually dropping the data.
