What is cmCpeBoardManagementOptions?

cmCpeBoardManagementOptions is a read-only, bit-mapped integer describing which management capabilities a CPE supports, with bit 0 specifically flagging whether the unit supports firmware download via CMCP. An administrator checks this bit before attempting a remote firmware push to a subscriber's CPE, to avoid issuing an upgrade command a given unit cannot honor. For example, if bit 0 of cmCpeBoardManagementOptions is 0 for a particular subscriber's CPE, the operator knows that unit needs a manual firmware update rather than a remote CMCP download.
