Module: COPPER-MOUNTAIN-NETWORKS-DSL-MIB

OID (symbolic): COPPER-MOUNTAIN-NETWORKS-DSL-MIB::cmBundleMember4Status

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1996.10.11.1.1.14

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: This object indicates the current status of this DSL port. 'None' indicates that there is no link configured or the configured link has not trained. 'Active' indicates that the port is trained and available to the transmit user data. 'waitForAdd' indicates that the link is trained and the system is waiting for an addition acknowledgement from the IMUX CPE.

What is cmBundleMember4Status?

This read-only enumerated INTEGER (none, active, waitForAdd) reports the current status of the DSL port serving as bundle member 4, using the same none/active/waitForAdd meanings as the other three members. An admin checks all four member-status objects together to get a complete picture of how much of a four-line bundle's capacity is actually in service. For example, if members 1 through 3 show active but member 4 shows none, the admin knows the bundle is running at three-quarters of its provisioned capacity.
