This read-write CmObjectPII holds the PII of the third constituent DSL port making up this IMUX bundle. An admin sets it only for bundles requiring a third physical DSL line to meet an even higher bandwidth commitment. For example, a customer upgrading from a two-line to a three-line bundle would have this object populated with the newly added port's PII.
