Module: COPPER-MOUNTAIN-NETWORKS-DSL-MIB

OID (symbolic): COPPER-MOUNTAIN-NETWORKS-DSL-MIB::cmBundleMember2Status

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1996.10.11.1.1.8

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: This object indicates the current status of this DSL port. 'None' indicates that there is no link configured or the configured link has not trained. 'Active' indicates that the port is trained and available to the transmit user data. 'waitForAdd' indicates that the link is trained and the system is waiting for an addition acknowledgement from the IMUX CPE.

What is cmBundleMember2Status?

This read-only enumerated INTEGER (none, active, waitForAdd) reports the current status of the DSL port serving as bundle member 2, using the same none/active/waitForAdd meanings as member 1's status. An admin checks this specifically to see whether the second line in a multi-line bundle has successfully joined service. For example, if member 1 shows active but member 2 stays at none, the bundle is currently running at half its intended capacity because only one of its two lines is actually up.
