This read-only OCTET STRING is the EndPoint ID that uniquely identifies the IMUX CPE connected to the DSL port referenced by cmBundleMember2PII. An admin uses it the same way as member 1's EndPoint ID, but for confirming the CPE attached to the bundle's second physical line. For example, if this EndPoint ID doesn't match what's expected, the admin can tell the second bundle line is plugged into the wrong CPE unit.
