Description: This gives the Operation-state of the Board.
What is cmBoardOperState?
cmBoardOperState is a read-only enumeration reporting whether a given card in the chassis is currently disabled(1) or enabled(2). An administrator monitors this per-board flag to spot a card that has been taken out of service, whether by a fault or a deliberate cmBoardCommand action. For example, if a DSL line card's cmBoardOperState unexpectedly shows disabled, the operator would check the alarm log for the reason before attempting to bring it back into service.
