What is hpSwitchDaylightEndingMonth?
This read-write integer (1-12) specifies the month daylight saving time ends, applicable only when hpSwitchDaylightTimeRule is set to userDefined. It defines the other bookend of a custom DST schedule alongside the beginning month/day objects. For example, an admin configuring a custom DST rule for a region ending DST in a nonstandard month would set this accordingly.
