What is hpSwitchDaylightBeginningMonth?
This read-write integer (1-12) specifies the month daylight saving time begins, but only takes effect when hpSwitchDaylightTimeRule is set to userDefined rather than one of the built-in regional rules. Admins use it to define a custom DST schedule for locations that don't match any predefined rule. For example, an admin in a country with a nonstandard DST start would set hpSwitchDaylightBeginningMonth to that specific month under the userDefined rule.
