Description: Indicate the flow control status of the port.
What is portStatusFlowCtrl?
This read-only value reports whether flow control, pause frames, is currently active on a specific port. An admin checks this to confirm that a flow-control setting configured for that port actually took effect and is being honored on that link. For example, after enabling symmetric flow control on a storage-connected port, the admin would poll this status OID to confirm it now reports symmetric.
