What is portSfpEject?
This read-write setting, when enabled, logically ejects or disables recognition of the SFP module installed in a given port. An admin can use this remotely to prepare for a physical module swap or to disable a specific fiber port's optics without needing physical access to unplug the transceiver. For example, before scheduling a technician to physically replace a failing SFP module, an admin might set this OID to enabled on that port to logically take that port's optics out of service first.
