What is mstpRootInformationInstanceID?
This read-only integer identifies which MST instance a root-information row describes, with instance 0 representing the overall CIST and higher numbers representing individual MST instances. An admin uses it to know whether the root address and cost shown alongside apply to the whole network's CIST root or to one instance's separate root. For example, instance ID 0 refers to the CIST root information, while instance ID 1 shows the separate root elected just for the VLANs mapped to that instance.
