What is dot1xPortAuthStatus?
This read-only value reports the current live authentication outcome for the device on this port: authorized or unauthorized. An admin uses this to see at a glance whether the device currently connected has actually passed 802.1x authentication. For example, seeing unauthorized(2) on a port that should have an authenticated badge reader connected tells the admin that device's credentials failed or it never completed the authentication exchange.
