What is dhcpExcludedStatus?

This row-status value controls the creation, activation, or removal of an excluded-IP entry in the DHCP server's exclusion table. An admin must set this to active for a newly-added exclusion to actually take effect and stop that address from being leased out. For example, after adding a new excluded address for a static server, the admin would set this status to active so the DHCP server immediately honors the exclusion.
