What is vmsSystemUpdateInterval?
This read-write minutes value controls how often the general System statistics group refreshes, with 0 disabling collection. An admin doing a broad health check can shorten this interval to get quicker visibility into systemwide CPU and I/O trends. For example, setting this to 1 minute during an incident lets the admin watch CPU-busy time and process-count figures update more responsively than the default schedule.
