This counter reports how many processes waiting on a local event flag have additionally been swapped entirely out of memory. This tells the admin that memory pressure is severe enough that even idle, waiting processes are being outswapped rather than just left resident. For example, if this count rises alongside a falling free-memory reading elsewhere in the MIB, the admin can conclude the system is aggressively outswapping idle sessions to reclaim memory for active work.
