What is vmsModeCpuId?
This is the CPU identifier for a specific row of data in the CPU mode table. An administrator uses this ID to know which physical CPU the accompanying kernel, executive, user, and idle tick counts in that row belong to. For example, comparing vmsModeIdle values across different vmsModeCpuId rows would let the administrator see whether load is evenly balanced across all CPUs or concentrated on just one.
