What is vmsIoUpdateTime?
This is the subagent uptime timestamp recorded when I/O statistics (the vmsIo counters) were last updated. An administrator uses this to confirm how current the direct I/O, buffered I/O, and mailbox counters are before relying on them for analysis. For example, an old vmsIoUpdateTime relative to current uptime would tell the administrator the I/O statistics haven't refreshed as often as vmsIoUpdateInterval suggests they should.
