What is vmsFcpUpdateTime?
This is the subagent uptime timestamp recorded when File Control Primitive (FCP) statistics were last updated. An administrator uses this to confirm how current the FCP-related counters, like vmsFcpDiskRead and vmsFcpCreate, are before relying on them. For example, an old vmsFcpUpdateTime relative to current uptime would tell the administrator the FCP statistics haven't refreshed as frequently as expected given vmsFcpUpdateInterval.
