What is vmsDlockNewLocksOutgoing?
This counter counts new distributed-lock requests that this node generated but that had to be resolved on a different cluster member. A rising outgoing count shows this node's workload increasingly depends on resources mastered elsewhere in the cluster, adding cross-node messaging overhead. For example, a process here needing to lock a cluster-shared resource mastered on another node would generate an outgoing request captured by this counter.
