What is vmsDlockNewLocksIncoming?
This counter counts new distributed-lock requests that came from another cluster member for resolution on this node. A high incoming count identifies this node as a heavily-used lock resource master for the rest of the cluster, which adds processing load from other members' activity. For example, if this node masters the lock resource for a cluster-shared queue, every other node enqueuing to that queue generates an incoming request counted here.
