What is vmsClusterUpdateInterval?
This read-write minutes value controls how often the cluster statistics group refreshes, with 0 disabling it. An admin investigating a cluster-wide lock contention issue can shorten this interval to watch total lock activity change more frequently. For example, setting this to 1 minute during a suspected cluster deadlock episode gives faster visibility into how quickly the total lock-activity count changes than the default interval.
