What is vmsClusterDeqOutgoing?
This counter counts unlock requests generated by this node but sent to another cluster member to actually release the lock. This measures how much of this node's lock-release traffic has to cross the cluster interconnect because the resource is mastered elsewhere. For example, a process here finishing work on a resource mastered by a different node would generate an outgoing dequeue request counted here.
