This counter reports cumulative CPU busy time, in 10-millisecond ticks, accumulated since the system last booted, as seen from the cluster statistics group. An admin can derive an approximate CPU utilization percentage by comparing the growth of this counter to elapsed wall-clock time between polls. For example, if this counter increases by roughly the same number of ticks as real time elapsed over a polling interval, the CPU was essentially fully busy during that window.
