What is sSpinFifteen?
This read-only integer reports the number of ticks spent in Spin mode during the past fifteen minutes. An administrator uses it as the longest-window measure of spinlock contention on a multiprocessor system. For example, persistently high sSpinFifteen values indicate an ongoing lock-contention problem rather than a brief transient spike.
