Description: Number of holding jobs in terminal queues.
What is sQueTerminalHolding?
This value counts jobs in terminal queues that have been placed on hold, preventing their output from being sent to the target terminal until released. An administrator might see this rise when terminal output is deliberately paused, for example because the operator console it targets is temporarily disconnected. Releasing the hold once the terminal reconnects would allow those jobs to proceed and this count to drop.
