This is a count of print jobs that have been scheduled to start at a specific future time rather than immediately. It lets an administrator see how much deferred print work is queued up, for example end-of-day reports scheduled to print after business hours to avoid interrupting daytime printing. A large timed count just before the scheduled time is normal and should drop to zero as those jobs transition into execution.
