What is sQueBatchHolding?
This read-only integer reports the number of holding jobs in the batch queue, jobs that have been placed on hold and won't execute until released. An administrator checks it to catch jobs stuck in a held state that were expected to run. For example, an unexpectedly high sQueBatchHolding count prompts the admin to investigate why several jobs were placed on hold rather than executing.
