What is sPsCOMQueue?
This is a count of processes currently in the COM (computable) state, i.e., ready to run and waiting for CPU time. An administrator monitors this value to gauge CPU contention, since a persistently high COM queue count means more processes want to run than the CPU can immediately service. For example, a spike in sPsCOMQueue coinciding with slow interactive response times would confirm the system is CPU-bound rather than I/O-bound.
