This read-only integer reports the number of interval-timer ticks all CPUs spent in Kernel mode on the kernel stack, without an active spinlock busy wait, during the last one-minute interval. An administrator uses it, together with sCpuTicks, to see how much of recent CPU time went to core OS kernel processing versus other modes. For example, an unusually high sKernelOne relative to sUserOne suggests OS-level activity, rather than user applications, is dominating CPU time.
