What is sHwErrTime?
This is the subagent uptime timestamp recorded when hardware error statistics were last gathered. An administrator uses this to confirm how current the hardware error data is before acting on the counts in the hardware error table. For example, an unusually old sHwErrTime relative to the system's current uptime would suggest hardware error polling has stalled.
