What is sCpuPercentUsed?
This read-only integer, ranging 0 to 100, reports the percentage of time the combined CPUs were not idle during the last one-minute interval. An administrator uses it as the headline CPU-load figure for the node, similar to a load average on other operating systems. For example, sCpuPercentUsed sitting near 100 for extended periods tells the admin the node's processors are consistently saturated.
