What is sCfgUpTime?
This is the amount of time the NM*SysMgr subagent process itself has been running. An administrator uses this value to confirm how long the subagent has been active, which is useful for correlating with other timer-based fields like sPsTime and sCritTime that are expressed relative to this uptime. For example, a low sCfgUpTime value would tell the administrator the subagent was recently restarted, possibly explaining a gap in historical statistics.
