This is the timeout value, in seconds up to 3600, that the subagent uses during subtree registration with the NM*Master Agent, falling back to the master agent's default if set to zero and capped by the master agent's configured maximum. An administrator adjusts this if subagent registration is failing due to timing out before the master agent responds. For example, increasing sCfgTimeout on a heavily loaded system where registration is timing out at its default value would give the subagent more time to complete registration successfully.
